Mon. Now. 30, 2017 :Weight at Doctor's Office Was 226

So I have been marking time most of the year as far as weight goes.
I am trying to learn how to live a normal life while still losing weight.
Everything in moderation.
I ate too much candy corn, so I threw the last half of it away.
If you cannot resist, trash it.

Okay, I need to get serious about losing this 100 lbs.
My weight today was 225.8 lbs.
That is about the same weight as this time last year.
During the year I lost 4-5 lbs. but I gained them back over the holidays.

Today's Food Journal

Today I ate:

Breakfast--
========
Breakfast was a 90-calorie bar and two little sausage biscuits at 320 calories. Drank doctored coffee.
So breakfast was 90, 320, 100 rounded down to 500 calories.
Subtotal is around 500 calories.

Lunch-
======
Cooked baked chicken strips, tater tots, hushpuppies, garlic toast with butter, and cream of chicken soup for lunch
I do not know how many calories I consumed for lunch.
But I will take a stab at it:
chicken about 300
tater tots about 200
3 hushpuppies about 100
2 slices garlic toast with butter about 300
cream of chicken soup about a half cup 150 - 200
New subtotal is around 1600 calories.
Supper--
One fruitcake muffin -- probably 400 to 500 calories
Slim Fast and Milk -- 230 calories
Round this 700 calories.
Newest subtotal is 2300 calories.

So my weight should not change much, because I probably consumed about the right amount of calories today to maintain my weight.
