It's New Year's Eve day - December 31, 2023.
My weight in clothes this morning was 229.8 pounds.
My goal is to lose 100 pounds this year.
My New Year's resolution is to write down what I eat every day during 2024.

A few days ago, somebody -- not me --- tagged some of my FB friends to go to a link I did not share.
At first I thought that the swelling would go away in time, but no such luck!
Just noticed that my ten-year-old blog was designated by Google as "adult content."
I tried to change a few things on this blog, and it screwed up.
Since my diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer two years ago, I have to have a mammogram every year.
Last year in September of 2022, the doctors found an "area of concern"; but the cancer doctor (AKA the oncologist) said that the area was probably caused by scar tissue where my tumor had been surgically removed on September 27, 2021.
My next mammogram is scheduled for October 19, 2023 at 2:15 PM.
Mammograms are painful, but so is dying of cancer.
We managed to run this rv out of propane.
So breakfast for me was Ritz crackers and a Slim Fast shake.
Lunch was Spam and more Ritz crackers.
So I weighed 235.8 this morning.
I took my Fosamax this morning.
For brealfast I ate a Hershey's cake and a cookie, for a total of 380 calories.
Fifty three years ago, I did something that changed my life forever.
I caught a plane from Dallas. Tx. to Denver, Colorado, to meet the man who would become my second husband the following spring.
Since I was diagnosed with and treated for breast cancer two years ago, I have watched a lot of cancer patients on youtube, many of whom are dying from the disease.
To the best of my knowledge, I remain cancer free. Hopefully, things will stay that way.
Now I need to progress to checking off things on my bucket list.
Losing weight is always number one on that list.
I am not doing so well in that endeavor.
Sewing and crocheting probably are easy to accomplish, so I will proceed with some projects.
Painting the hood of the Mustang needs to be put on the priority list, as does building a portable building for Ore City and remodeling the apartment in Gary's shop.
That's enough for now.
So my new book of picurews was shipped April 11, but it still has not arrived.
I accidentally deleted the email with the order number and customer service phone number.
Double crap.
I cannot find the cellphone that is connected to my larger Facebook account/
I cannot find the password to the credit card account that is due in three days.
Instead of making weird Facebook posts, I am thinking I should use this blog as a daily diary, or as draft chapters of my autobiography.
