Yesterday, I had coffee and a burrito for breakfast -- flour tortilla, bacon, fried lunch meat, cheese.
Then I ate a Sonic BLT and extra crispy tater tots.
I followed that up with a Sonic Snicker bar and caramel waffle cone.
We rode the bike trail at 10:00 PM last night, because it was great weather, and we had not gotten much exercise during the day.

Slept late. It was after noon. Don't know when I went to sleep last night.
OBSERVATION:
So why am I getting fatter?
I just want to eat whatever I want to eat, that's why!
Also, we had a cold winter.
It snowed twice.
Twice?
Yeah, twice!!
Remember -- I'm in Texas.
It rarely snows here.
Then it rained, and rained, and rained.
No exercise outside.
I'm getting fatter because I'm eating too much and exercising too little.
It's as simple as that.

3:00 PM
So far today, I've eaten corn flakes with milk and sugar. ?? How many calories? Didn't measure. Big bowl! Hubby fixed it.
I will figure it out.
Probably 2 cups of cereal (220 calories), 1 cup milk (160 cals.), sugar about 70 cals.; so maybe 450 cals.
Coffee with creamer but very little sugar = about 50 calories
Subtotal for the day so far is about 500 calories

3/22/15--Going up, Up, UP !!!
So my weight this morning was 217.2 pounds.
Yeah, I'm almost up to my highest weight, but I certainly enjoyed getting here.
I started my day off with 3 biscuits and lots of homemade sausage gravy.
Today, I start keeping track again and getting a handle on the weight.
Going down from here.
I promise myself.
