So I've had the treadmill for 8 days now. Boring. But hopefully, it will ramp up my metabolism and help me lose weight and live longer. I'm trying to work in at least an hour a day on the treadmill.
I weighed 222.2 this morning.
Breakfast was Slim Fast and oatmeal. Late lunch was a BLT with extra bacon (650 cals.) and half of a large order of extra-crispy tater tots from Sonic.
